Rowes Wharf Water Transport provides year-round passenger water transportation throughout Boston Harbor waterfront, including exclusive water taxi service between Rowes Wharf/Boston Harbor Hotel and Logan International Airport. For Reservations call 617 406-8584. Our boats are covered, comfortable, heated, and fully upholstered. We offer a wide variety of vessels, group and advance sale discounts, free luggage storage at Rowes Wharf, and direct service to the following destinations:

Rainsford Island

As there is no public ferry service, this trip offers rare access to this 11 acre island. There are many ruins left from almost 2 centuries of institutional use: quarntine hospital, poorhouse, detention center.

Great Brewster Island
Saturday May 31, 12-5pm
saturday September 12, 12-5pm
Take advantage of this chance to visit an island with no public ferry service. Enjoy hiking trails and the long sand spit durning our low tide trips. Great views over to Boston Light and Little Brewster!

Peddocks Island
Saturday October 11, 11-4pm
Sand spits link the five drumlins making up this island. Fort Andrews in the east overlooks the waters of Hull Gut. Cottages and a salt marsh occupy the middle, while West Head is a conservation area.

Boston Light Adventure

Visit the oldest lighthouse in the country, and the only one with USCG staff. Climb 76 steps and 2 ladders to the lantern room for amazing views. NOTE: Childern must be atleast 8 years old or 50" tall to climb to the lighthouse.
